We understand the importance of hassle-free parking for your events, which is why Versailles Venue proudly offers a full parking lot capable of accommodating over 300 vehicles. Our venue is situated with ample free on-site parking, as well as free street parking options. This ensures a smooth experience for you and your guests, making arriving at and departing from your event at Versailles Venue effortless for all.

OVERTIME
Versailles Venue does not accept bookings past midnight, ensuring that all events conclude on schedule. Please adhere to the contracted times to avoid any additional charges.
CLEANING DAMAGES
Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it. Guests must respect the space and tidy up after themselves. Guests must remove any equipment or rentals they bring in and should factor this setup and teardown time into their booking hours. Any damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) will be billed to the credit card on file per Versailles Venue policy.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. Please refer to Versailles Venue Terms and Conditions for all other rules.

At Versailles Venue, we have a cancellation policy in place to ensure efficient scheduling and fair treatment for all our clients. Please review our cancellation policy as detailed in your contract.
Non-Refundable Retainer: A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking. This retainer serves as a commitment fee and guarantees your reserved date and time. In the event of cancellation, the retainer amount will not be refunded.

Health and Safety Measures:

To help limit the spread of the coronavirus, Versailles Venue has protocols in place so guests can book with peace of mind. We do the following prior to each booking:

• Sweep, mop and clean the space.

• Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water.

• Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

• Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
